With new Leeds United signing Helder Costa making his non-competitive debut in our last friendly against Guiseley Town, despite the difference in levels, the 25-year-old certainly took his chance to steal the show with his goal on the night.
Having joined from Wolverhampton Wanderers initially on a loan deal that will automatically become permanent next summer, whilst fans can debate the potential fee it will definitely be in the ballpark of £15million and given what we saw of him in the Championship previously, he should be worth every penny.
Taking to the pitch for manager Marcelo Bielsa as last week came to a close, Costa certainly seems to have started life brightly at the club and the turn, and quick explosion in pace definitely had fans on the night excited given we are looking to go one better in the coming 2019/20 Championship campaign and make that return to the Premier League.

That is exactly what we have been missing for years, since Rod Wallace … Someone that will turn & run at defences & shoot .. oh, and he knows where the goal is ????????????
